THE ORACLE OF THE CIRCLE In midtown Manhattan by Columbus Circle, the Biography sign (see photo at left, top right corner) provides a valuable service to commuters: we get the daily forecast as well as the name of the person featured on the Biography channel that evening. I like to think the two are linked. Below are examples to support my theory. |
