Recommendations

COVID-19 might be “over” (not really, but you know, MUST NOT STOP..) but we are living through an unprecedented moment of global trauma and unrest. People are in need of more support and resources for physical, emotional, and mental health, including meditation and mindfulness. I’ve offered some longer guided meditations that you can access here.

If you’re white and don’t know what to do about the garbage fire that is this country, start here. Petition, protest, donate—whatever you can do.

Above all, I encourage you to remember that this time is not “normal.” We are all under extreme stress, so please take care of yourself and each other as best you can, and be as forgiving as possible. Take action, take rest, repeat.

Be CREATIVE—maybe right now you can sit and meditate, and maybe right now you can’t and instead need to rest and nap, or get safely outdoors and move. Now is the time to trust our intuition and not be overly harsh with ourselves.

Some good questions every day, not just quarantine
