What I’ve Been Up To…
In addition to teaching meditation and mindfulness to adults and teens, I create audio and video content, and work collaboratively with teams to produce high-quality learning resources.
Here are some recent projects.
Courses for Ten Percent Happier
Working with other producers and amazing teachers, I’ve created in-app courses for the Ten Percent Happier app. Roles have included pedagogy creation, client pitches, script writing, audio production (in-studio and remotely), video shoots, editing audio and video, and more.
Online Course for Wisdom Publications
Working with the client producer and external cinematographer, I edited over 40 audio and video segments for the online course “Bearing the Unbearable”.
Course shot by Tad Fettig and produced for Wisdom Publications.

What I’m About
Working with talent and teams to create the best product.
Production
I launched the web video presence for The Museum of Modern Art in 2006, handling all aspects from pre-production through shooting and post—either independently or by collaborating with shooters, editors, or other staff. I’ve edited podcasts, conducted audio interviews, and written blog posts.
Talent & Collaboration
I’m comfortable working with talent from A-level actors to C-suite executives, or behind-the-scenes specialists in science and art. I’ve run workshops and created experiences and products with companies such as IKEA, Google, Johnson & Johnson, and startups in technology, medicine, and wellness.
A Commitment to Quality Storytelling and Education.
I’ve worked in education throughout my career, whether training kids to use Microsoft Office or power tools, teaching employees how to use custom software through web-based courses, or leading meditation classes for teens through live video-streaming platforms.
In short, I love teaching, learning, and offering spaces for others to go through that process.
